For over 30 years we have represented the areas we work in giving us not only knowledge but a feel for the area. We have seen many changes such as new developments & amenities and the impact they can have on rental values. This also gives us a good insight of how an area is likely to develop. Our staff live locally and many of whom have grown up locally. Our local knowledge means the advice we provide is accurate but also gives us an understanding of successfully matching tenants with landlords.

We understand that presentation is key. We take pride in the presentation of your property from photography, video tours, floorplans, accurate and informative descriptions. We ensure that your property reaches as big an active audience as possible by advertising on all of the 4 major property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket & PrimeLocation).

Our dedicated in house Property Management department means we can tailor our service to your requirements allowing you to be as involved or not as you wish. We carry out 6 monthly inspections in house with a full report including photos.

Owners App

Our specialist software give you complete access to key information 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This is especially good if you need information when our office is not open or there is a time difference with your location. Access certificates, expiry dates, rent statements and invoices. This is included as part of our property management service.

Referencing

We employ the services of an external referencing specialist. They are experts in the field and do not just count on point based systems to referece tenants. The careful vetting process of tenants provides our clients with peace of mind and also the ability for us to offer exclusive Rent & Legal protection warranties on our tenants.
