Our property management office is prominently positioned in our office located at 7 Ballards Lane, Finchley Central, London N3 1UX. We are approx. a 1 min walk from Finchley Central Tube Station (Northern Line). There is ample pay and display parking nearby.

Report a Fault

Occupiers can report reactive maintenance 24/7 in 40+ languages. They will be asked specific sets of questions when reporting different issues, such as the make and model of appliances. Occupiers will also be able to support their repair requests with photos and videos. For minor issues which are within the occupier’s remit, such as mildew and blown light bulbs, our report a fault software gives them in-system guidance so they can resolve them themselves.
